The Position
In this position, you will be part of the Commercial New Therapy Areas team (NTAs team working with Novo Nordisk entry into NASH, Alzheimer’s Disease, and Cardiovascular Diseases) working to develop new therapy areas in an agile and new Centre of Excellence (CoE) approach. You will ensure a robust planning process and execution tracking that enables progress for future assets in Region North West Europe (NWE). You will manage and lead the project overviews and ensure transparency, progress, and clear outcomes and documented and communicated. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, and use your convincing communication and collaboration skills to ensure alignment.
In this position, you will also:

You bring commercial, business analytics, or strong project management experience, and you have previously owned, managed and executed projects in the pharmaceutical
industry with great success, e.g. within product launch. You are driven, highly independent, and committed to succeeding in your projects.

About the Department
The New Therapy Areas team in Region NWE will both set direction and drive in-market activities in key affiliates as part of the pre-launch activity planning. The team is newly established and will undergo a great growth in the Region and our affiliates in the country and create impact over the next years.

The Position

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, and use your convincing communication and collaboration skills to ensure alignment.
In this position, you will also:
- Be responsible for project managing and driving launch activity planning processes in close collaboration with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access and Public Affairs
- Establish execution excellence by setting up the right processes around pre-launch activities to ensure transparency, measurement of progress and continuous sharing of better practice
- Define how to track success, and hold yourself and team members accountable for the goals in the Centre of Excellence (CoE) The English language, both oral and written, on a business fluent or native level is crucial for this position
Qualifications
You bring commercial, business analytics, or strong project management experience, and you have previously owned, managed and executed projects in the pharmaceutical
industry with great success, e.g. within product launch. You are driven, highly independent, and committed to succeeding in your projects.
Furthermore, you:
- Hold a Master’s degree in life sciences or business
- Have 3+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a cross-collaborative position
- Hold knowledge of business insights, commercial, financial analysis or launch planning
- Have strong project management skills
- Have experience in developing processes, tracking these, as well as effectively and persuasively articulating complex issues to key decision-makers
- Have experience in stakeholder management in complex matrix organisations, as well as strong communication skills
