The Position

In this position, you will work on developing the right go-to-market scenarios and approach for future assets in the Commercial New Therapy Areas team (NTAs team working with Novo Nordisk entry into NASH, Alzheimer’s Disease, and Cardiovascular Diseases) in Region North West Europe (NWE). As part of the Region NWE organization, you will drive in-team and cross-functional collaboration efforts to ensure mid- to long-term strategic commercial perspectives are reflected in choosing the right approach toward future portfolio market entry

In this position, you will also:

  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies for the NTAs by identifying the right insights gaps, gathering the insights, and providing relevant perspectives, scenarios, and recommendations
  • Prepare and present key business analytics to inform management decision-making
  • Together with the finance and insights partner, process primary and secondary data, also on a specialist level
  • Drive HCP segmentation and targeting projects
  • Drive collaborations with HQ and other internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Own the hypothesis-driven insights generation required to make key decisions towards market entry of the future portfolio

Qualifications

You hold an analytical and strategic mindset and understand primary and secondary data on a higher level. You are independent and take initiative – and you are not afraid of driving projects, and seeing things through.

Furthermore, you:

  • Have 5+ years within the pharmaceutical industry, and experience with liver disease, neurology, or cardiovascular disease is an advantage
  • Have knowledge within commercialisation strategy, marketing, and business medical
  • Can gather customer insights, and use these to tailor target customer strategies and scenarios
  • Have experience in building relationships and networks within health care decision-makers, and can communicate with impact
  • Have experience in stakeholder management in complex matrix organisations, as well as strong communication skills

The English language, both oral and written, on a business fluent or native level is crucial for this position.

About the Department

The New Therapy Areas team in Region NWE will both set direction and drive in-market activities in key affiliates as part of the pre-launch activity planning. The team is newly established and will undergo a great growth in the Region and our affiliates in the country and create impact over the next years.
