A student job with focus on online storytelling content creation
As our new Student Worker in employer branding, you will partner up with our Employer Branding Specialist working with ensuring our employer brand and making sure that Kamstrup stands out as an attractive workplace, for both current and future employees. More specifically, you will be working with employer branding on a strategic and operational level with focus on content creation, which means that you will be strengthening the quality of our videos used both internally and externally.
More specifically, your will be:
Personality matters
We are looking for a student with strong communicative skills, who wants to strengthen Kamstrup’s brand and awareness on a global scale. We imagine that you are currently studying for your degree in video production, marketing, communication or similar. Furthermore, we expect you to have a great interest in HR, branding and digital communication which enables you to communicate clearly and personal on various online channels. In addition, it will be advantageous if you have experience with filming and editing movies in Premiere Pro.
As a person you have a structural approach to your tasks witch enables you to maintain a clear overview while managing many ongoing tasks and projects. In addition, you have an eye for detail which enables you to locate and tell the good stories that lies within Kamstrup. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders, and you possess great stakeholder management skills. You are positive-minded and always meet our internal as well as external business partners with a smile. These skills lead you to create a trustful environment in which people feel comfortable being filmed or telling you their Kamstrup stories.
As we are an international company it is a requirement that you master Danish and English - both written and orally.
