For this role, you will be based at the Demant headquarters in Smørum, a half-an-hour S-train ride away from the Copenhagen city center.
Your new Team
You will be part of the Acquisition & Digital Marketing team in Group Marketing, an ambitious, super engaged, and growing team. You will be working closely with other teams in Group Marketing such as Customer Retention & Experience, Brand & Communications and Marketing Analytics team, with our colleagues in Hearing Care IT and with our local marketing teams in the individual markets.
Your role
As International Web & CRO specialist, you will have your own portfolio of markets. Your key objective is to help each market constantly improve their digital marketing performance on the website.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Drive, optimize, and plan our CRO activities together with the markets.
- Daily support on the websites - working with Sitecore CMS.
- Analyze performance of the websites and obtain data driven insights.
- Improve performance on the website making AB tests.
- Test new website functionalities from DEV-team.
- Roll out new development/content to the markets.
Your backback
- Experience as a Web editor/web manager or similar role working with websites.
- Advanced CMS user – preferably in Sitecore.
- Experience working with Google analytics.
- A relevant bachelor or master’s degree is an advantage.
- Ability to drive several projects and manage deadlines at the same time.
- Good stakeholder management skills. Working in a matrix organization, it is important to include relevant stakeholders at different levels to ensure their engagement and commitment and drive progress.
- Great communicator and feel comfortable presenting your recommendations in English, both verbally and written.
