The position
As Global Content Strategy Lead, your main responsibility is to drive the cross-functional, cross-geographic development and execution of the injectable GLP-1 world-class omni-channel strategy for Ozempic®, the largest brand in the total diabetes market. You will report directly to the Vice President of Ozempic®, Victoza® marketing and GLP-1 Market Development.
The job entails that you: Develop full content strategy across multiple customer segments Build actionable and tailored customer journeys Lead execution of Global omni-channel strategy to local affiliates Utilise the content ecosystem to enable our affiliates to be able to bring to the frontline With your strong communication skills, you engage with different regions and key markets to ensure input and strong alignment to co-create the omni-channel strategy of the brand. Complexity will be high with many organisational agendas which you will be expected to navigate in flawlessly.
The way you approach the omni-channel strategy can be customized based on your skills and interests. This position provides an opportunity to become an important key member of the Ozempic® Commercial Team and to ensure effective and timely engagement with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
You are a skilled marketer with at least 6 years of experience obtained in marketing or multi/omni-channel departments preferably from the pharma or another highly regulated industry. To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have: Proven track record building omni-channel strategies, that have resulted in customer behavioural change Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Medicine, or any other relevant field Demonstrable success driving large cross-functional strategy projects from scoping to implementation Strong customer focus driven by insights
As a person, you possess strong strategic thinking and you are comfortable working across regions, functions, and key affiliates, facilitating delivery of key strategies. Your experience and knowledge of a broad base with external customers is an added advantage. Finally, the ability to engage in an open and friendly team environment is essential. About the Department
You will join Ozempic® Commercial Team, a part of the Diabetes Therapy Area in Corporate Strategy & Commercial Affairs in Novo Nordisk A/S.

The Diabetes Commercial Unit provides strategic leadership for all new and late-stage Diabetes products worldwide and is accounting for a substantial part of Novo Nordisk sales, operating profit and growth, and is accounting for a substantial part of Novo Nordisk sales, operating profit and growth.
