The position As the Digital Health Commercialization Lead for the Diabetes Therapeutic Area, you will play a critical role in driving and owning the commercialization of digital health offerings throughout the life cycle of the solutions. You will be responsible for providing commercial guidance to the development of digital health solutions for diabetes, ensuring that they meet the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
  • Drive internal and external communication on Digital Health
  • Anchor the global NN Digital Health Strategy for the Diabetes (Therapeutical Areas) TA
  • Lead the launch of Digital Health Solutions for Diabetes TA globally
  • Develop and deliver world-class commercial strategy and tactics for Digital Health solutions for Diabetes TA, as well as providing commercial portfolio guidance to affiliates
  • Create and update promotional and training materials, as well as communication toolkits for affiliates to localize Digital Health solutions within the Diabetes TA
  • Qualifications To succeed in the role, you have:
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or similar
  • Minimum 7 years of pharma experience or/and pharma-related industries with an emphasis on strategic marketing on a global or regional level
  • At least 2 years of people management experience from a matrix organization
  • Experience in driving cross-organizational initiatives and business processes across geographical and cultural boundaries
  • Strong project management experience and toolbox
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • On a personal level, you’re a people leader who can inspire and motivate the team toward success. In addition, your strong analytical skills enable you to drive projects forward. You’re a detail-oriented individual with an analytical approach to setting up strategic directions.
