The Position As the Digital Capability Building Standards Specialist focusing on Agile product team profiles, you will be an integral part of our Digital Capability Building team. You will work in a cross-functional manner through close collaborations with areas like the People & Organization team, IT, and Heads of Product across various lines of business areas. You will be setting the standards for our digital workforce requirements to enable capability building. You will identify what good looks like for candidates working in Agile teams. You will identify the right mindset and skillset to craft detailed product role standards, specify job descriptions, and define career paths for people development. As an Digital Capability Building Standards Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Map and assess our current digital workforce landscape and job architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with people managers to understand their needs and optimize the people development process for efficiency and quality of employee lifecycle management.
  • Define the Agile mindset, technical expertise, and cultural fit needed within our organization.
  • Develop engaging role- and job description standards of Agile product roles, customizable for line of business.
  • Construct clear career paths that align with the company's objectives and individual aspirations of employees within the digital domain. Define our job architecture.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of standards.
  • The job includes a maximum of 15 travel days with workplace is in Søborg, Denmark Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, particularly in Agile environments.
  • Educational background in Human Resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, digital technologies, UX design, adoption management and the evolving landscape of digital product people.
  • Exceptional communication - and stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate and convey complex information effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting standards.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Project leadership experience with the ability to inspire stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators.
  • Preferred previous experience in a similar role within the technology- or digital product industry.
  • Preferably certified or trained in Agile methodologies related to Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • A curious growth mindset and a data-driven work approach.
  • The Department The Digital Capability Building Team is organized within our Digital Transformation Office, a newly established CVP-area of approx. 30 people, setting strategic direction, coordinating, catalyzing, and governing our digital transformation across the EVP area Development. In collaboration with digital teams in SVP areas across Development, we identify new opportunities for utilizing data and digital solutions for the benefit of patients as well as our organization.
