Are you a skilled Hydraulic Engineer looking for a new opportunity in the Wind industry?
You will come across assignments like hydraulic systems design, validation, providing manufacturing and commissioning support for the offshore projects.
Furthermore you will work with the definition of the technical solution and implementation according to the specifications, internal guidelines and applicable technical standards and input loads, all through the detail design phase ensuring deliverables on-time for each stage of the project. You will also provide support during commissioning phase of prototypes and first serial units, monitoring, test and verification phase.
Tasks:
Hydraulic diagram, Calculation reports, DFMEA, Component purchase specifications, eBOM, manufacturing drawings review, validation plan
SW definition to control the hydraulic system
Support to second supply sources qualification
Drive technical reviews with internal and external stakeholders
General Deliverables: Hydraulic diagram, Calculation reports, DFMEA, Component purchase specifications, eBOM, manufacturing requirements, SW SAR validation plan
Qualifications:
Relevant degree/MSc
Hydraulic system design specialist proven experience
Preferred experience in wind domain
Minimum 5 years of experience
Domain knowledge within hydraulic systems (preferable from wind turbine pitch systems)
Design of hydraulic components: Hydraulic Power Units, Accumulators, Rotating Unions, Proportional valves, Hydraulic cylinders, manifold blocks, hoses and fittings, spherical bearings, linear position
