If you replied yes to the above, you may be our new personnel and we welcome you to our position as Site Manager. In MSA you will have your own project and you will be responsible for project planning, meetings, and the logistics on site. As Site Manager, you will be given an independent role, and you will spend most of your time on site where you will be working closely with the client’s project manager. You will be project employed with good possibilities to extensions.
You must expect a lot of travelling and up to 72 hours per week on a 6-day week in the installation period, with a rotation 16/12 with your back to back. Your residence is European and you are permitted to work in Europe.

Qualifications
- Sense of responsibility for personnel and project execution is a must.
- You have knowledge about logistics and supply chains.
- You have a mindset for the common goal and the ability to empower others to see it equally.
- You can see the risks and communicate alongside taking action with the project team in an analytical and decisive matter.
- You can manage both written and spoken communication in English at a highly skilled level.
- You must be experienced in the use of IT, including the Office Programs.
Technical profile
- You have experience in planning, project plans, supply chains and budgets. You have already managed small/medium-sized projects.
- You must have either an engineer degree or a bachelor’s degree in electrics, automation, construction, or mechanics, and you possess wide technical knowledge.
- You work on quality assurance, documentation, and reporting in a structured way.
- You thrive in a hectic environment where adjusting plans are common.
- You are a patient and strong leader with a humble approach to your colleagues and your decisions and priorities always benefit the project first and foremost.
- Knowledge to the industry will be preferred.
Your main duties will include
- Progress and strategy on site and ensure compliance with schedules.
- Manage installation and commissioning on site and excellent resource coordination.
- Health and safety (HSE).
- Budget management and monitoring.
- Quality assurance and assembly of documentation.
- Documentation.
