Apply today as you might be the experienced P&O Project manager we are looking for to help us driving and executing on activities in collaboration with HR Business Partners (BP) in Product Supply (PS) and colleagues in our P&O Centre of Excellence. We have positions available in both Bagsværd and Gentofte, Denmark. The position The purpose of our team is to lead and co-drive People and Organisation activities for our Product Supply units developing and implementing P&O solutions to support the strategic priorities of Line of Business in Product Supply. As Senior P&O Project Manager you will contribute to this purpose and drive P&O response initiatives across PS – as well as in local HR BP teams depending on strategic impact. The activities will be defined in collaboration with HR BP team heads in PS and with Line of Business. As such, you will ensure successful implementation of P&O projects and processes in Line of Business through ensuring timely HR BP anchoring and involvement in high performing teams, working outcome focused and with scalability in mind. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold a relevant master degree or have similar combined education merits.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with People & Organisation projects and solid experience within project management, process facilitation, and HR Business Partnering.
  • Possess a strong knowledge within change management and organisational development: you hold the ability to think strategically and translate this into implementable changes through a structured approach.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • As a person, you thrive with developing and improving P&O activities which are linked to the overall business purpose. You are a strong collaborator looking to make coherent solutions and bridging needs and you enjoy playing an advisory role. Your strong relationship skills allow you to build solutions that make a real difference when being implemented. People want to work with you because you drive things forward. You demonstrate good cultural understanding and stakeholder management and can bridge opinions to make people focus on what matters the most for our end-users. About the department We have two positions open. One in Biotech and Rare Disease where you will be part of the local P&O team reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP) HR Director. The other, where you will become part of the PS P&O team working across the PS entities through collaborating with the SVP HR BP teams.
