Apply today! The position As our new Associate Manager, you will be heading up a QA team supporting two manufacturing departments located in Gentofte and Værløse. You will also be a member of the management team in BRD QA Assembly and Packaging. As the department is brand new you have a great possibility to influence the collaboration between both teams and in the management team. Moreover, you will lead the way and be a role model in a LEAN culture where openness, honesty and focus on continuous improvements are natural parts of how we operate. The position offers great opportunities for personal and professional development. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you:
  • hold a Bachelors, Masters or equivalent degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant scientific discipline.

  • have strong leadership skills and have the ability take the lead and focus on deliverables.

  • are experienced with GMP, quality management and audits / inspections.

  • possess good communication skills, and you express yourself clearly and distinctly in both Danish and English.

    • You value relationships with you team members and can create good work atmosphere and collaboration with stakeholders. Furthermore, you can develop the people you have around you, and create a high level of commitment for your employees in everyday life, and you use feedback as an effective tool. About the department In our department BRD QA Assembly and Packaging we are responsible for assuring safe and innovative products for our patients. The department has just been established to cover all assembly and packaging areas within Biotech & Rare Disease and consists of two teams with 22 highly qualified and motivated employees. In your role, you will refer directly to the Senior Manager for BRD QA Assembly and Packaging.
