We’re looking for a Senior Software Test Developer who is energized by building software that makes an impact: for developers, for users and ultimately for the patients of Novo Nordisk.

You will join the Digital Accelerator (DA), a unit in Digital Data & IT acting as a trusted advisor and partner on greenfield software development ventures helping business areas realise digital. Novo Nordisk continues to invest in digital products to enable the business to reach its strategic objectives. We, in the Digital Accelerator, are partnering with the business to bring digital innovation ideas to life and mature our ways of working within digital products. We are four dedicated DA teams responsible for designing, developing, and operating digital products in collaboration with the business i.e., Research & Early Development, Development, Product Supply, and Commercial. You will become a part of an inspiring, and ambitious work environment, where modern software development methodologies, tools, teamwork, and a growth mindset is key. What you will be doing We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Software Test Developer to join our team. The candidate will join the Digital Checklist team which also is responsible for the development and DevOps of the application. The application consists of an IOS app, an administrative site (Angular and Vue) and a C# and Java backend.
The product team consists of a PO, a Scrum Master, a Tech Lead and a team of developers spanning the range of technologies. The team has already gone live at some of our factory sites and is working to scale the software to all sites as well as building new features and updating different part of the application to increase the level of quality and support future needs. Qualifications and Expectations In the role of a Senior Software Test Developer, your responsibilities are to: C reat e and own the test strategy for the software product Write and maintain automated tests for various software components Collaborate with development teams to ensure software meets quality standards Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and technologies
As an ideal candidate you have strong skills in the following: 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools Experience with test-driven development and continuous integration Experience with programming languages such as C# , Java , or JavaScript Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing automated tests, creating and owning the test strategy, and ensuring the quality of our software products. As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in writing and spoken.
