The position As our new Associate Manager, you will lead a team focused on quality, training, HS&E, project support, and play a key role in growing and developing the New Greenfield Facility in Kalundborg. As an Associate Manager, your key responsibilities will be: • Holding an overall view to evaluate performance and set the direction for the team. • Coordinating and prioritizing resources and tasks within the team in collaboration with the project organization. • Maintaining a high level of commitment and drive, so your team performs well together, to be able to deliver the best possible Process Support to the production. • Create a culture where everyone is ready to optimize methods, systems, and processes and continuously make them better, smarter, and faster. While working closely with a continuously growing team who are highly committed and have a high professional standard, you will join a management team of 8 very engaged and motivated Associate Managers, that are on the same mission as you - creating the best place to work. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: • Hold a Master’s in Engineering, Business orLeadership • Have proven management or project management experience • Preferably have experience with production in regulated industries. • Communicate fluently in English This role requires an equal focus on professional competencies and management, including fast decision-making. Furthermore, the job requires a high level of structure to have an ongoing overview of strategy, the tasks, and the team. It is important that you motivate and engage with your employees, preferably through your strong commitment, that is why mindset is very important. About the department As we are expanding and building the new facility, you will have a unique chance to set your own diverse and inclusive team within Business Support by building team competencies and personal development, while setting new standards in the dynamic environment. You will work closely with your manager and management colleagues focusing on creating unity in the department and securing the long-term strategic direction.
