Can you drive the global strategy for Digital, Data & IT at Novo Nordisk? Do you have the inter-personal skills to navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape, and are you able to motivate, set direction and deliver great results?

Together, we will be working on developing and executing strategic Digital & IT initiatives across DD&IT – essentially paving the way from strategy to execution. What to expect In this role, you are expected to drive strategic initiatives and problem solving of high importance to the Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO) and senior leadership across Line of Business. You will work on a variety of projects, and on the one hand you will shape and analyse soft spots in our operating model. On the other hand, you are expected to drive and execute on Digital, Data & IT Strategy as well as support development of decision material to Senior Management. Ultimately, to make sure we continue to deliver an increasing level of digitalisation to our patients.
As this role includes acting as a strategic sparring partner to our CDIO, you will be expected to involve and establish close collaboration with key stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. You will be working in close collaboration with your colleagues in the IT Strategy team and considered a key contributor to drive the team performance towards great results while maintaining a good team spirit and a high level of professional passion.
Qualifications We imagine that you currently work as a Business Strategy Consultant, a Management Consultant or similar. you bring a broad understanding of technology trends, their impact on strategy, business, and their implications for senior management in creating and sustaining a competitive advantage. As the ideal candidate, you own: Master’s degree combined with at least 5 years’ experience with IT, Digital or Data strategy, including strategy execution and transformation either as a management consultant or as an internal in an international organization
The capacity of building effective goal-oriented teams, taking a leading role, thanks to your great organisational skills
The ability to solve problems in new and innovative ways, move forward with ideas and overcome roadblocks to push it through
Stakeholder & change management experience on senior level, in a large organisation
The ability to drive cross-functional transformation (for example Target Operating Model, Sourcing Strategy and Strategy Execution) and embed lasting change at all levels in the organisation
Have a proven consultancy toolbox as well as English fluency, both written and oral
What team to join The IT Strategy & Transformation Team is anchored within the CIO Office and reports to the Corporate Vice President of the CIO Office. The department currently consist of 4 highly skilled and dedicated consultants, of which all are based at our headquarter offices in Bagsværd, DK. We bring different educational and professional perspectives to the work we do.
