Then seize the opportunity and become Associate Manager in Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) Isolator Filling in Gentofte. The Position As Associate Manager you will be managing a craftsman team of 18 repairers and 3 calibration technicians. The main tasks will be to:
  • Maintain and solve the production problems in connection with the liquidation of operations.

  • Plan and execute the many different preventive calibration and maintenance tasks in our process equipment.

  • Improving the team’s work processes.

  • Participate in the ongoing optimization projects in the department.

    • Your management role is to coordinate, prioritize, support and spar with your employees to develop their skills and increase their commitment. The team has a central role in ensuring stable daily operations. You will therefore be part of close management sparring with the department's production and support team leaders. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • An educational background in engineering, Maskinmester or other similar technical professional background.

  • Leadership experience with professional employees.

  • The ability to think broadly and strategically beyond your own area of responsibility.

  • Knowledge of complex production processes.

  • Experience from a GMP environment, preferably including aseptic production.

  • You are fluent in Danish and English.

You are systematic, proactive, solution-oriented and know that knowledge sharing is the way to a well-functioning team and organization. You are adaptable and manage to handle a sometimes-high work pressure without losing track. You can think broadly and strategically beyond your own area of responsibility. About the Department BRD Isolator Filling is a sterile filling department with approximately 100 employees who produce biopharmaceutical products. The production is wide-ranging and includes insulator filling, freeze-drying and inspection.
