This position reports to the Corporate Vice President, IO Legal, Compliance, Quality & Business Development (IO LCQ&BD), and is based in Denmark or Switzerland. The Position In this senior position, it is expected that you take ownership for your area and demonstrate a proactive approach to your work. With a scope spanning over 7 regions, there is a high level of complexity and diversity in the markets involved; therefore, learning agility, the ability the adjust and prioritise will enable you to thrive in this complex environment. Your main responsibilities will include: · Driving and implementing key frontline projects from a legal and compliance perspective. · Working closely with colleagues from different functions and organisational layers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. · Foreseeing and identifying areas of risk and misalignment in a timely manner and proactively driving resolutions in cooperation with key and senior stakeholders. In addition to supporting the frontline, you will also support the CVP Legal, Compliance, Quality & Business Development in different topics impacting IO. Qualifications During your career, you have likely worked in different regions, where you have demonstrated extensive cross-cultural awareness and understanding. You enjoy the complexity of working with different markets and issuing resolution in a collaborative way. · You are a legal professional specialised in pharmaceutical law and you have gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting commercial frontline functions, for example sales, marketing or commercial excellence. · You apply “business first” thinking and you are able to put yourself in the shoes of your customers. · You are not afraid to propose bold solutions to drive business impact, in a legal and compliant way. · You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate complex and technical legal concepts into simple and clear messages for different audiences. About the Department The Legal, Compliance & Quality function is all about co-driving and supporting business growth, while safeguarding the company and its patients.
