The position As Business Development Partner you will set direction and drive key processes in Strategy & Business Development independently, yet in a well-rounded team of many capabilities. Some of your main tasks include: Maintaining a thorough understanding of ongoing activities, operations, and projects Playing a key role in preparing large presentations for the management team with focus on storyline and key messages Ensuring continuous development and optimisation of the GCM processes Act as an internal consultant in many aspects of a wide value chain Assisting the GCM area with ad hoc tasks and analyses Project management for both internal projects in GCM and more broadly across the whole Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability (CSDS) areas. On top of that you will provide support and guidance to the Management Team with analyses and presentations. They will rely on your expertise and knowledge for decisions making. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold a master degree in pharmaceutical, business, manufacturing or any other relevant field Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar position, ideally acquired in a consultancy type of position Possess strong stakeholder and project management skills Be fluent in English both written and spoken. It would be considered as a plus if you have a background in engineering or manufacturing and a previous experience in Lean. As a person, you are analytical and structured. Passionate about optimisation, you enjoy coming up with creative solutions. Your excellent communication skills allow you to translate complex problem into simple words and recommendation, and you manage naturally to get everyone on board to solve them. About the department Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) is a unit in Novo Nordisk Product Supply organisation and responsible for Novo Nordisk’s operation of global manufacturing of drug substance and drug products at Contract manufactures. Our main office is located in Bagsværd, Denmark where approximately 120 people are based. The primary role of GCM is to establish, monitor, support and control the production handled by Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). We operate in many countries, such as USA, Belgium, Italy and China. You will join GCM Strategy and Business Development who is responsible for all back-office processes across GCM (budgets, business plan, risk reporting) as well as providing various types of support to the GCM Corporate Vice President and management.
