The position Novo Nordisk’s Digital, Data and Information Technology (DD&IT) consists of more than 2000 highly skilled IT professionals responsible for all major IT projects, systems, infrastructure, and operations in Novo Nordisk. The global IT landscape in Novo Nordisk covers more than 50.000 clients worldwide, with major business processes covered by corporate systems based on technology from Cisco, Microsoft, Red Hat, and Oracle and others as well as leading cloud environments like AWS and Azure
As the Manager of Technology and Service Operations within the Global Security Operations organization, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management and operational readiness of the security technology portfolio used to detect and respond to security incidents, manage vulnerabilities, and protect the organizations worldwide technology environment from attacks. High degree of stakeholder management across business and IT department in relation to ongoing projects, as well as the ability to work across geographic regions Are familiar with tools like Service Now and Azure DevOps (ADO) Can manage budgets including forecasting and reporting. Can manage a portfolio of security technology and services ensuring highly effective technology that meets service levels Maintain the oversight of the portfolio of security technology and services used to ensure an appropriate level of security for Novo Nordisk across all business units worldwide Effectively manage budgets and contracts in collaboration with individual vendors and service providers Strong people management skills essential. Strong vendor management skills a must. Experience with enterprise scale technology deployments Qualifications The ideal candidate that we are looking for should meet the following requirements: Bachelor or master’s degree in Business or Technology. Relevant certifications are a plus. Have fundamental IT and Security understanding to best communicate with security architects and management. Experience with project portfolio management. Experience with enterprise scale technology deployment projects Fluency in written and spoken English. About the department
The Global Information Security organisation is mandated to secure Novo Nordisk IT landscape. You will be employed in Global Security Operations that consists of teams in Denmark, USA, and India.
