The Position In GPOS Operations, we support Novo Nordisk's leaders and employees globally in people and organisational related matters. As Senior Project Lead, you will be a valuable member of the GPOS Operations leadership team and you will play a key role in the development and execution of GPOS Operations’ strategy. You will, in close collaboration with senior leaders within and outside the area, run strategic initiatives, coordinate business strategy processes, and drive the agenda for leadership meetings and other key events. Furthermore, you will:

Be responsible for driving and participating in both day-to-day deliverables and projects of varying size within GPOS Operations and across Novo Nordisk value chain

Provide management support and be a sparring partner to the CVP and the leadership team including operational, strategic, and organisational topics

Prepare and review material going to governance forums and senior management

Drive business support activities such as business case creation, analysis and come up with recommendations

In this position, you will have the availability to build a strong global network and further develop your project management and leadership skills. Travel will be required to introduce, gain support for and drive improvement across the area. Meetings will be held globally with stakeholders within Novo Nordisk and externally. Qualifications You will be a great asset if you can lead large strategic projects and at the same time ensure holistic strategic solutions to multifaceted business challenges, using your strong project management, presentation, and change management skills. To succeed in this role, you:

Have experience within project management / driving a strategic business agenda (experience from global projects, leadership through others, report to steering committee etc.)

Possess strong analytical and numeric skills from different data sources related to HR or similar

Experience with HR Delivery Model is advantage

Have a master’s degree or higher in business, HR, economics, or a similar field

Are a skilled communicator in both writing (MS Office) and verbally

Demonstrate successful experience in succeeding within a global context and environment

Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
