But our patients remain at the heart of everything we do. Your responsibility will cover the following: Govern our license to operate in relation to our GxP systems (MES, PCS and PLC) Understand and ensure compliance (GxP, Data integrity, SOPs etc.) in our systems Support or head validation, qualification, and optimisation activities for our systems Take responsibility to define and implement best practices throughout system management of our systems Ensure needed documentation is authored and approved for our systems Establish good cooperation with stakeholders (your team, production teams and QA) Moreover, you will ensure periodic activities are completed timely and in high quality - such as risk assessments, lifecycle management assessments, IT system evaluations, user review reporting, configuration review reporting, audit trail review reporting. Furthermore, you will ensure correct handling of deviations, provide escalation support when needed, and coordinate between relevant parties.
What we are looking for
A vital skill required for this job is experiences with IT & Automation systems used for pharmaceutical or regulated production purposes. Furthermore, experience with IT Projects, ISO-documented processes, GMP understanding, and knowledge of GAMP5. Preferably, you hold a BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar backed by 5+ years of relevant experience within governance, operation, and maintenance of IT systems Candidates with non-academic backgrounds and vast experience within the relevant fields will also be considered as experience and the right attitude is the most important Good written and spoken proficiency in Danish and English As a person, you are structured, a team player, a good communicator, and you can drive your tasks to completion either by yourself or by mentoring others. You also have a strong analytical and quality mindset and are known for building good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders at all organizational levels. The department waiting for you
