The position Reporting to the Director of IT Quality, your role as Senior IT QA Manager will be to lead a team of IT QAs and be the point of contact to different stakeholders. You will together with the rest of the IT Quality management team drive the IT compliance strategic development and facilitate collaboration and business development with relevant stakeholders across Novo Nordisk.
Among your main responsibilities, you will:
• Manage the department’s resources also by coaching and ensure high performance and an engaging working climate
• Ensure compliance and approval of major Novo Nordisk IT projects and systems, services and infrastructure used globally
• Evaluate, advice and decide in complex quality matters across critical IT areas
• Drive the strategic direction for IT Quality Assurance as part of the management team
• Cooperate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, timely and effective quality assurance of IT projects and systems, services and infrastructure used globally Qualifications We are looking for someone who has strong coaching, motivation, and leadership skills, including feedback on performance related to deliverables and behaviour. To succeed in this role, you:
• Have at least 3 years of proven experience as a people leader
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering or similar
• Have minimum 5 years of experience related to IT Quality Management and IT processes in a pharmaceutical or another life science industry
• Are proficient in English On a personal level, you show assertiveness related to management of risk as well as decisiveness and thoroughness when dealing with complex quality issues. You have strong communication and presentation skills that give you the ability to balance multiple stakeholders, interact with senior management on a regular basis and build and maintain relationships within the organization.

IT Quality employs 40 highly skilled and ambitious professionals in Denmark and India. We are responsible for ensuring that external and internal requirements are reflected in Novo Nordisk IT processes, and the department serves as competence centre for IT quality assurance throughout the company. Our responsibilities also include quality assurance of IT projects and systems, services and infrastructure used globally
