Then you might be our new associate manager for our process support team in API production in Gentofte. The Position You will be Associate Manager of our process support team, supporting and improving our purification processes. You will be part of the management team, reporting to the director of the department, and you will provide clear prioritisations in close collaboration with your co-workers. You will be a part of an engaged management group where we help across to succeed. As our new Associate Manager, you will lead by example and set the direction. You will support your employees in their daily efforts to solve tasks and challenges. We use lean as an important tool to reach our ambitious goals and together with the team and by using visual management you follow up on the team performance and make the necessary prioritisations. The team members are a mix of very experienced and new employees; hence competence development is an important task in the job. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you:
  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, chemist or similar.

  • Have experience with pharmaceutical production, in particular purification processes.

  • Have experience using Lean tools to succeed with ambitious goals.

  • Have at least 3 years of leadership experience.

  • Are confident in working with stakeholders at various levels within an organisation.

  • Are fluent in English and Danish.

You can work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of independence in prioritisation and planning execution. About the Department BRD API DK in Gentofte is part of Novo Nordisk, and the department delivers products for the treatment of haemophilia. Our department handle the purification part of API production. We are approximately 70 motivated and talented colleagues divided into three teams and a staff team. Your new department is especially characterized by improvement culture, high professionalism and an informal tone.
