About the department You will be a part of the Business Support team in the area DD&IT PS. The department consists of a mixed team of business controllers and administratives. In this position you will work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation. DD&IT PS is part of a global function supporting Digital, Data and IT and we have special focus on Product Supply. Within the area DD&IT PS we are more than 900 employees globally. About the position As an Associate Business Controller in DD&IT PS you will be responsible for controlling intangible investment projects. Your tasks will include Activities related to the life cycle of the investment projects Month-end closure, budget meetings, year-end landing Ensure postings and accruals are handled in compliant and timely manner Optimising processes with clear documentation Collaboration closely with project managers, finance team and other relevant stakeholders Other ad hoc task for DD&IT PS Qualifications To be considered for the position, we expect that You hold a Master´s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or similar You preferably having experience in a business controlling role You are comfortable with the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel You have strong stakeholder management skills You are fluent in spoken and written English Experience within SAP or other major ERP systems is an advantage As a person, you are intellectually curious, have a strong drive to succeed and the ability to work structured, independently and in a team. Also, you see yourself as an executer who gets the job done on time without compromising the quality in your deliverables.
