Come join us as our new Digital Strategy partner, along with the SVP digitalization partner, to drive digital transformation across our SVP area. The position As Digital Strategy Partner, you will be driving the digital transformation agenda across the organization, covering manufacturing, sourcing, and contract manufacturing. The digital agendas that you will be driving cover optimization of the batch release process and quality control processes. Your responsibilities will include:

supporting and driving strategic initiatives within IT and digital transformation across the organisation

analysing quantitative and qualitative information and translating this into clear insights, which will lay the foundation for strategic decisions

identifying challenges and opportunities for the organisation to scope and drive strategic initiatives and projects

managing key stakeholders across the organisation to best drive initiatives forward with the necessary input, and ensure alignment where needed

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:

Minimum a master’s degree in Technology Engineering, IT, and Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience focusing on digital transformation strategy and development

Relevant experience from management consulting or continuous improvement background

Strong analytical skills and an ability to distidistillinsights from a large amount of information

Experience working with and bringing many cross-functional senior stakeholders along, and senior management Communications

As a person, you are a team player, but at the same time possess an independent drive, and have a can-do mindset. You will have a sharp strategic mind, taking a big-picture overview whilst also paying attention to detail. You will be comfortable providing recommendations despite uncertainty and pressure, and able to handle and simplify complexity. You bring people together to shape strategies and solutions and have excellent communication skills in English. Furthermore, you have proven success in strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a structured and transparent way of working. You feel comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels and from all parts of an organisation. About the department Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability (CSDS) is an area with more than 2,400 employees spanning Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Iran, and Russia. CSDS is responsible for device, needle, contract, and local manufacturing, as well as sourcing and sustainability across Product Supply. This covers a wide range of functions such as bringing new devices from Research & Development into production, manufacturing, and sourcing device components and needles and managing many contract manufacturing organizations. You will join CSDS Business Support as a Digital Strategy partner in the CSDS IT Department, which works to set direction and strategically develop IT and digital use across our SVP area.
