Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to support, coach and drive the success of our new 2nd generation drug production? We are looking for an energetic and engaged Associate Manager for our vastly growing team of equipment supporters and operational PMs and with the right behaviour and skill set, you might be the one! The Position You will lead an ambitious team of equipment supporters and project managers to directly support the new tablet production line. The team consists of a variety of people who provide certification, problem solving, documentation and day-to-day support for existing equipment as well as new equipment planned for the future. Professional backgrounds and experiences vary greatly. So leading a team requires different levels of support, coaching, encouragement, and guidance. In this job, you will:
  • Expand and adjust the team and its competencies according to the department needs to match future demand and our project-to-production mindset journey (team currently consists of 14 employees)
  • Drive employee development focusing on an inclusive and diverse work environment, where different opinions are valued and where high employee engagement is the key to success
  • Stay close to your employees in the office and shopfloor environment to understand and challenge them in whatever roadblocks they might encounter.
  • Direct timely progress on project and production plans through empowerment and employee involvement.
  • In addition, you will be part of a management team with a great spirit and focus on a mutual success through trust, dialogue and close cooperation. We challenge each other and help each other to find the most sustainable solutions for the entire sector. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have:
  • 4 years of work experience, either as a leader with a leadership toolbox or as an individual contributor combined with leadership programmes, courses or alike.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration competencies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and you dare take the difficult conversations for the greater good of the team and department
  • A sincere interest in the routine pharma-production aspects of our journey as well as the project-related.
  • As a true leader, you believe that the people working with the process are the true experts on best-in-class solutions. You have succeeded in creating followship, inclusion and an engaging work environment and your leadership approach is based on curiosity and people skills/ The Department OFP is organizationally located in Product Supply and is steadily growing to support the demands of the market. We are approx. 650 committed colleagues in OFP Production in Måløv split between two buildings and we have great ambitions for the future! Rybelsus 2G is the department responsible for the qualification, ramp-up and production of our new 2nd Generation Rybelsus tablet and we already have approx. 45 employees onboard. We are highly engaged and are driven by a patient-focused purpose with an engaging and warm work environment where everybody will be heard, and we welcome new competencies and personalities. In Oral Finished Products (OFP), we have set ourselves the ambitious goal of being the first on the market with a tablet containing a GLP-1 based drug.
