Then we have just the right job for you, as we are looking for Associate Manager for the Automation Development team in Product Supply, Quality, and IT (PSQIT) to our office in Bagsvaerd! The Position As our new Associate Manager of the Automation Development team in PSQIT, you will be responsible for enabling the ambitious team of developers to implement automation products and achieve strategic goals within the technology forefront, Agile transformation, and beyond! The position is a maternity cover for min. 12 months starting from May 2023. The team currently consists of 8 team members and is expected to grow up to 10 colleagues. Your main tasks are to: · Enable a strong performing team with highly motivated employees · Ensure team members’ individual development and well-being · Drive the agenda within process automation across PSQIT together with your team and stakeholders · Lead, represent the team, and ensure alignment with key stakeholders · Set the direction within the technology domains and Agile transformation You will join an experienced management group, where together with your colleagues, you will contribute to the overall development of the Automation & Immersive Technologies department in PSQIT. You will report to the Senior Manager of the Automation & Immersive Technologies department. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: · A master’s degree within a relevant field, e.g. engineering, digitalisation, IT, or similar · Experience in pharmaceutical, food, banking, or other highly regulated industry · Proven track record of servant leadership in the digitalization context, e.g. as Digitalisation Partner, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Lean Partner, or similar · Experience working with Agile methodologies · Experience collaborating with global teams while demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills · Fluent in oral and written English It will be considered an advantage if you have worked with MS Azure DevOps or a related technology domain (i.e. UiPath, MS Power Platform). About the Department You will be part of the Automation & Immersive Technologies department within Product Supply, Quality and IT (PSQIT). PSQIT is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 20,000+ employees globally across five continents, responsible for the entire supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products. Automation & Immersive Technologies is a department focusing on delivery of various digital products to support business and manufacturing processes spread across PSQIT organisation. You will be heading up the Automation Development team, responsible for developing software products based on new ideas and business challenges coming straight from line of business. We use modern technology in a board extend, are always curious and strive to keep up on the technology forefront. In the Automation Development team, we develop global products within Robotic Process Automation (UiPath), Apps (MS Power Platform) and Machine Learning.
