The Position As a Senior Manager in Quality Processes, you lead a team of highly competent and experienced employees and your key role is to lead, coach, develop, and shape the team while continuously improving the way we work with quality processes and stakeholders. Among your main responsibilities, you will: • Ensure that the skills and competencies of the team are aligned with the demands and requirements set by authorities, Novo Nordisk Quality as well as process optimization projects (e.g. simplification, digitalization). • Build and maintain a strong collaboration with our internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Continue the Quality Management processes work on the shop floor through close collaboration and regular shop floor visits. Simplicity is a key work in our way of working and you must continue that focus in the department. To succeed, you must further build on the interaction and collaboration between the Process Managers in the department. In this position, you will refer to the Director of Quality Processes. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: • Are experienced people manager who motivates employees to deliver their best. • Hold an M.Sc. in Engineering, Pharmacy, or similar • Have relevant experience related to quality assurance in pharmaceutical production. • Are able to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken On a personal level you have a strong business perspective, and understand both the quality and the production business with a strategic ability to balance quality, delivery, and cost. Moreover, you are comfortable being challenged by senior stakeholders in decisions on quality processes, which enables you to integrate different views in the decision-making process. About the Department Quality Processes, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for maintaining and continuously developing the core quality processes and their supporting IT systems (NovoGlow & TIMS) in Novo Nordisk. We are responsible for ensuring that our processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements and that they operate as smoothly as possible. The department covers Deviations, Change Control, CAPA, process management, QMR, QRM, Validation and Metrology.
