We are looking for a new Associate Manager who is motivated by delivering life essential insulin to patients globally. If you want to make a difference, we are ready to offer you an exciting position as an Associate Manager for our Utensil Wash team positioned in our Wash & Sterilisation area at Novo Nordisk production site Bagsværd. The position As an Associate Manager, you will head a team of 15 dedicated operators. You may look forward to a job, where you will have the opportunity to gain a close knowledge of the production processes in Novo Nordisk as well as business understanding. Your key responsibility include: • Being able to maintain an overview, follow up on KPI’s, team performance and set directions for your team. • Ensure the team solves the tasks correctly in a complex environment under your guidance to work smarter and more efficiently. • Coordinate and exchange experiences across teams and departments. • Cooperation and sparring with the rest of the leader group • Develop employees and ensure engagement through visible and present leadership As a part of management team, you will be a frontrunner in the department and show the way and the right behaviour. Our management team and the department have great collaboration across the entire organisation, and you will have extensive opportunities for developing your skills and career. Finally, we use LEAN as a key lever for continuous improvement. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you:
  • have a successful experience in management and desire to take the lead and motivate teams to
  • perform at their best through showing your own commitment.
  • know managerial challenges and you are familiarized with complex processes and issues.
  • know how to resolve conflicts and cooperation difficulties to ensure a safe psychological environment.
  • are fluent in spoken and written English
