What to expect In this role, you will convert ideas into practical actions within ITAM in ServiceNow. This is by driving epics supporting strategic themes and global business processes, refining features, and helping the team clarify stories, defects, and enablers. The product you will own is responsible for the Asset Management in ServiceNow across Novo Nordisk. You will lead further development of ITAM in ServiceNow with the delivery team by identifying, analysing, implementing, and monitoring features. Common day-to-day tasks are: Working closely with Product Management and Architects to define the product strategy/roadmap as well as building, prioritizing, and maintaining team backlog Managing and guiding the ITAM delivery team to secure deliverables Being responsible for the ITAM technical solution for our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Validating the requirements, present objectives for Business Owners to be able to prioritize according to strategy Collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders in primarily Global IT Operations but also senior stakeholders in the various business areas and regions of Novo Nordisk Skills we are looking for As an ideal candidate you have: 5+ years of experience in a global IT organisation as well as good experience with IT Asset Management in an international company Advanced experience with ServiceNow ITAM, including knowledge of the CMDB and CSDM model Knowledge on Agile principles, methodology and strong background in preparing and executing events in an Agile team and SAFe context Knowledge on product breakdown methodologies e.g., design thinking and story mapping Experience with Agile tools e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, DevOps, as well as know-how in backlog management tools and prioritization techniques On a personal level you are a great communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and have a political flair to navigate in a global organisation. You can translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities and adapt quickly to changes. You are structured and focused on driving outcomes and able to set direction and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation. You have a way with delegating and empowering others to take action and a prominent level of motivation and drive to establish change in the organisation. As part of the Cross-IT Technologies area, the ServiceNow Program consists of four delivery teams covering ITSM/Platform, ITOM, IRM and ITAM.
