The Job As a Filling Specialist, you will become a member of the management team for your department and will be involved in the strategic decision making regarding the direction of both the site, and the department. You are motivated by innovation, and you like to be a first mover when it comes to new technology. It drives you always to be updated with the newest technology so you can inspire and influence the organization to implement new technology, optimizing processes and our workflow in order to meet both internal and external requirements We are facing an exciting future with optimization and implementation of new technologies in our production. As our Filling Specialist you will be one of our key employees in the these tasks and therefore you will have an important role providing scientific support for your colleagues. When issues arise, you will take the lead and act as head of investigation for solving complex problems. You like collaborating across competences and building further on the work, ideas or efforts of others, to succeed with the best possible solution. Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) within isolator filling of injectables, within validation and will handle specialist tasks of high complexity critical for the site.
  • Product transfers from CMC to production in IFP Bagsværd and product validations due to process changes
  • Participate in troubleshooting and support deviations handling both at site and department level
  • Maintenance of documents, procedures, risk assessments etc.
  • Quality and Improvement deliverables such as regulatory documentation and inspections
    • Qualifications
  • You have a PhD, Master’s degree, or equivalent knowledge through relevant practical experience
  • 1+ year of relevant experience, preferably from the Pharma Industry
  • You have high experience with aseptic production and with filling
  • You have experience working with GMP productions and validation
    • You have strong communication skills both in spoken and written English, and you are able to or interested in learning to communicate in Danish. You enjoy troubleshooting, technical writing as well as providing support to others, and you thrive in a changing environment with ambitious deadlines. You have a positive attitude with a can-do mindset. Furthermore, we expect that you can work independently, are highly motivated and that your positive attitude will impact your cooperation with the team and external colleagues. The job requires a minimum of travelling activities and tasks are carried out mostly in Denmark We are a team that makes use of each other's professional strengths, and there is therefore always room for sparring about work tasks in a dynamic and energetic way. About the department: You will become part of a department IFP Isolator Filling that works with the production of our new products. We are approximately 90 dedicated employees in the department, who all have their daily routine at our site in Bagsværd. The department has an isolator line, which fills for clinic and marketed products. We work closely together across teams and professional groups to ultimately contribute to the production of products of the absolute best quality.
