About the department You will join the department Training Development & Implementation which is a part of Global P&O. Within this area you will be a part of the Training & Implementation team, supporting development and implementation activities across the Novo Nordisk value chain. The team supports local areas to execute on strategic deliverables through efficient scaling of best practices within training. As we work across all areas of the business, travel activity must be expected. The position As Training Consultant, your main responsibility will be to support line of business in ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant training and competence development set-ups tailored to the individual needs of the business area. You will do this by either acting as (1) project manager, driving development projects, or by serving as (2) a consultant for the line of business, where you will drive the implementation of best practice standards in close collaboration with the local training organization. 1) As Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving training projects. You will tackle specific business challenges by facilitating an analysis of the training needs and subsequently designing and implementing high-impact training solutions. You will evaluate your solutions to ensure that they are end-user focused while also resolving business challenges. Finally, you will ensure that your project is well-anchored with the customer department before moving on. This sometime includes upskilling the competences of local training professionals. 2) As Consultant, you will support and drive implementation of best practices within training standards, technologies and solutions in various business areas. Furthermore, you will act as a facilitator for training design workshops and for training in our training standards. You must be able to communicate and engage on all levels in the organization, as your key stakeholders e.g. will be operators, team leaders and department managers. In order to truly understand what adds value and makes a difference to our stakeholders, you will spend most of your time on shop floor with your colleagues from line of business. We go where our stakeholders need us, so your projects can be at any of the Novo Nordisk sites, both in Denmark and abroad. You will be working from either site Kalundborg or site Bagsværd (freedom of choice). Qualifications You hold a relevant Master’s degree in adult learning, learning management, organizational development, psychology, or similar. You have at least 5 years of relevant experience with developing and implementing competence development programs, preferably within a GxP-regulated environment, and have comprehensive knowledge of training principles. You are passionate, self-driven and thrive when making a meaningful impact. You have a data-driven approach to problem-solving, a structured approach to task management, and a continuous improvement mindset. You have a proven track record in driving change management and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. You have experience and are confident as a trainer and facilitator.
