As our new Director for Fill & Finish Portfolio, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of IT & Automation projects for the large-scale, complex expansion program in our Fill & Finish production. This to ensure their successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. In doing so, you will be an active member of the Leadership Team for Fill and Finish Expansions - IT & Automation This role presents a unique opportunity to take ownership of adopting the standards and driving a streamlined approach to the execution of these strategic projects. Ultimately shaping the future of our organization's ability to deliver projects with greater speed and precision. In doing so, you'll lead a team of experienced project leaders, where you will coach and guide them by focusing on building strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally. As part of this role, your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Lead and coach a team of experienced project leaders to drive the ambition of standardization as well as project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders
  • Oversee the development and execution of the portfolio of projects, where you will act as an escalation point for project issues and provide guidance on project resolution
  • Be a sparring partner to the project leaders in enabling effective risk management plans to mitigate project risks, as well as guide our colleagues across Digital, Data & IT and our external strategic partners on prioritization of resources
  • Be an active member of relevant Steering Groups/Committees to foster close collaboration and drive standardization of both project execution and solutions
    • This exciting position provides an opportunity to visit our production sites and suppliers. By doing so, you will gain a deep understanding of the impact and consequences of the portfolio, which will allow you to make more informed decisions and drive better results. What’s the toolkit you should bring? To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have experience in a leadership position, where you have been able to manage and execute multiple strategic projects. In addition, we see that you will be able to tick most of the following boxes:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in coaching and leading project leaders with the objective of keeping the company's priorities in mind and driving priority-based decisions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders.
  • The ability to drive a team’s energy and engagement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Able to stay calm yet alert and highly responsive Top of Form
