As our Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in organizing our efforts to reach sufficient aseptic line capacity for future product launch and subsequent commercial production. You will have a broad contact to a variety of stakeholders both internally in Novo Nordisk and with external partners.
You will become part of a long-term project organization, and eventually, when the product has been transferred to commercial production, your role will merge into other similar projects. The specific product in scope is highly profiled and for the right candidate this will be an ideal platform to develop for future career steps in Novo Nordisk. The role is new, and you will have significant influence on shaping your own job. Your skills within coordination, stakeholder management & project management will be vital to the success of the project, with the goal of bringing our high-quality and life-changing product to the market within an ambitious timeline. The key responsibilities will include:Create overview, maintain & update status on project portfolio Coordinate actions & follow-up on on-going local projects in close collaboration with stakeholders/project owners Independently manage project areas with limited/agreed scope Drive project portfolio risk process Identify and pursue improvement opportunities Produce slides for various meetings and ad hoc as needed Develop & maintain communication channels Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:An academic degree within natural or mechanical sciences, project management certification or experience from production at sufficient level. +3 years’ experience from project management, PMO or project coordination roles Experience within Aseptic Production, Clinical development or CMO management. Proven record of stakeholder management in a complex environment. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal. If you are knowledgeable within areas like, Science and Risk based Validation (SRV), project schedule development, outsourcing etc it will be considered an advantage. As a person you have a positive mindset and a “can-do” attitude. You desire to create structure, your communication style is open, honest and curious and you are a natural when it comes to building and maintaining relations. Other personal characteristics includes a strong drive for results, easily adapt to changing needs in a highly complex project organization, and your ability and will to put aside own needs and do what it takes to succeed. About the department You will be joining IFP Manufacturing Development, which is part of the Novo Nordisk IFP organization, responsible for production of all injectable finished products in Novo Nordisk worldwide. Among others, IFP Manufacturing Development drive introduction of new products from Research & Development to our high-volume aseptic production facilities in collaboration with key stakeholders. Hence, the reach of this function is clearly global, and you will be working in a multinational environment and with several stakeholders globally.
