The role With reference to the Programme Director your job will be to set direction and ensure direction is followed in instant release initiatives across our manufacturing areas. Collaboration with many stakeholders such as, IT & digitalisation partners, Process Groups and Innovation track Leads are key to success. Working with Instant Release Partners in Line of Business, Instant Release leadership group members, and local implementation groups in manufacturing will be an important part of the job and an opportunity for high exposure in the PSQIT organisation. In close collaboration with key stakeholders across PSQIT your main tasks will be: Ensure development of solutions to high complexity cross functional barriers Define and share standards and best practices developed in collaboration with Key enablers, process groups and Line of Business Ensure direction of standardised solutions for dataflow and data integrity enabling digitalisation Being a sparring partner for implementation groups in the organisation Align and collaborate with other strategic manufacturing innovation initiatives In this role you can look forward to contributing shaping the future of innovation and improvements of processes, techniques, and approaches, where keywords are simplify, harmonise and digitalise. Furthermore, it is a great opportunity for personal and professional development. Qualifications You hold a master's degree in engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration or similar. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Worked in a regulated and automated production environment and have experience with GMP, process optimisation and/or digitalisation A proven track record as a project manager or line manager with strong change management skills Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with stakeholders on all levels High level of Business Understanding It is an advantage if you have experience working within the Agile Framework On a personal level you have an innovative mindset, a personal drive and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where teamwork is on top of the agenda. You are good at planning and coordinating project activities, confident facilitating a workshop, and communicate clearly in an engaging way. You will work independently and set direction with self-confidence. Our new colleague has a positive can-do attitude, is curious, persistent and dare to challenge our stakeholders. You are fully proficient in both written and spoken English. About the department You will be part of the Instant Release Core Team dedicated to accelerating the Instant Release journey by setting clear direction for key enablers and other stepstone activities as well as ensuring direction is followed. The Instant Release Core Team is organisationally anchored in the PSQIT TEC area, but work on behalf of the entire PSQIT area. We are a small Core team based in Bagsværd consisting of Senior Project Managers with background from Manufacturing, Quality, QC and IT.
