What’s in it for you?
The Identity Access Management Solution Architect is part of a cross-functional team responsible for establishing the future Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solution architecture which includes different Identity Providers (IdP’s) and orchestration platforms (Azure AD, Okta) and Privileged Account Management (PAM) services.
The architect will support engineering and maturing services within the IAM and entitlement area, enabling 55.000+ users in Novo Nordisk to utilize on-prem and cloud services globally in a secure manner.
The responsibilities include:
Mature, develop and engineer the Digital Identity landscape, hereunder being part of forming and architecting/developing IGA overall, PAM and Identity Orchestration covering all types of identities, incl. blockchain-based Identity Systems and Self-Sovereign Identity, Identity Services as Microservices, Customer IAM (CIAM) ++ Produce enterprise-wide solution designs Drive automation initiatives bridging key systems e.g., Cloud Identity Provider (IdP) with on-prem IdP and supporting systems (Azure AD, On-prem AD, Okta) Drive requirements gathering, facilitate workshops and ensure close collaboration with stakeholders such as Enterprise Architecture, Zero Trust CoE for IAM in Novo Nordisk Work in the agile framework as part of a product team and work towards the team’s goals, based on Product Owner and Business Owner’s requirements Embrace and foster collaboration across the organization
Need to have, nice to have To be successful in this role you have:
Several years of experience working with Identity technologies such as AD, Azure AD, PIM/PAM, Multifactor Authentication or PKI Strong design and implementation experience with minimum one leading IAM/PAM vendor, preferable with Microsoft, Okta or SailPoint Automation experience integrating IAM and eco-systems Solid experience with IAM Life Cycle Management processes and concepts (provisioning, reconciliation, role modelling, Access Controls) Hands-on operations and development of IAM Academic degree in Computer science (or equivalent)
As a person, you come with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to analyse and solve complex issues in a timely and structured manner. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, acting with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
About the department
The position is in the Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure team. This team is a part of Global IT Operations (GITO), an area with 400+ employees distributed across more than 50 countries, responsible for our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. The Cloud & Corporate Infrastructure team in Denmark is a group of 14 highly skilled and dedicated employees responsible for the cloud architecture, Identity Access Management, and infrastructure monitoring in Novo Nordisk. We are a global organisation, and our product teams consist of both Danish, Indian and American colleagues. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark. The Identity Access Management Solution Architect will report to the People Leader in CCI EMEA and join the “Identity Access Management and Secure Access Management” product team which includes 14 members from India/US/DK.
