About the department Supply Chain QA comprises 13 highly qualified specialists and professionals who are responsible for overseeing the processes and quality in Supply Chain – a large central area in Novo Nordisk, with a broad responsibility ranging from global distribution and warehousing, production planning across Novo Nordisk to Master Data and global projects with a massive impact on the way Novo Nordisk work. Employees in the QA department are divided between four overall areas being Distribution & Warehousing, Planning, Master Data & SAP, and Serialization & UDI. The job You will be responsible for quality assurance of Novo Nordisk Supply Chain processes within Master Data and Planning. Supply Chain is responsible for maintaining master data for all products, which is done in SAP ECC. Experience with SAP ECC or related systems is therefore an advantage. Supply Chain is also responsible for production planning across Novo Nordisk – from API to Finished Product. Your main responsibility will be to ensure compliance, product quality and patient safety in our daily operations, and offer QA support and GMP guidance internally to Supply Chain. Your tasks will be to review and approve quality related documents such as SOP’s, deviations and change control cases, and you will also participate in relevant audits and inspections internally and externally. Additionally, you will be involved in process improvements and projects. This position requires a strong quality mindset and a solid process and business understanding. As a QA professional in Supply Chain QA you will be working with stakeholders from different cultures and facilitate cross-cultural solutions. One of our key stakeholders within Supply Chain is placed in Bangalore India and you will therefore need to be fluent in English, both in speaking and writing. Qualifications
  • You hold an Academic degree in e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Pharmacy, or similar.
  • You have 3-5 years of relevant experience within quality assurance and/or Supply Chain.
  • Preferable, you have worked with quality processes in relation to Master Data and/or SAP. Relevant experience with planning processes will be an advantage.
    • As a person you are service minded, independent with an eye for simplicity and take responsibility for your tasks. You are recognized for your expertise and for your great interpersonal skills. You solve complex tasks by constructive communication, based on your professional knowledge and understanding of quality without compromising patient safety. On a personal level you are ambitious and have a great interest in developing yourself and people in your network. As our team is small, you need to be able to serve a large customer base and possess good team player qualities, a good sense of humour and having an understanding of cultural differences are of paramount importance.
