Together we can make it happen The Position In this exciting opportunity, you will be a part of the newly established UX & Innovation team primarily based in Bagsværd, Denmark. The position is newly created so you will have great influence on your job, our workflow, and our team spirit. Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Be the UX/UI expert in digital projects across the manufacturing processes in Product Supply (PS) designing for our main users; NN employees.
  • Plan and drive initiatives through the PS MI Funnel in a user-centred digital journey in PS, creating the best user experience by exploring many different approaches to solve end-user’s problems and pains.
  • Assess, challenge, and validate ideas and prospects on digitalisation from Business Owners (BO) and other stakeholders.
  • Design and present value creating user-friendly user interfaces to end users and stakeholders following the NN Corporate Visual Identity (CVI).
  • Continuously build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.
    • You will play an active role in ensuring the digitalisation of Product Supply, Quality, and IT in Novo Nordisk (PSQIT). Qualifications We are looking for a proactive and open-minded colleague who is strong in building relationships on trust. You are curious and driven to achieve first-class results as well as organized and structured with high-quality standards and the ability to spot new opportunities as well as challenge the status quo. To thrive and succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
  • Degree within Design, Digitalisation, IT or similar. Plus 2 years of relevant experience within UX/UI Design in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Designing user-friendly interfaces according to UX standards and design best practices.
  • Conducting user research and strategic business understanding.
  • Facilitating processes as well as workshops within a multidisciplinary setup both online and offline.
  • Figma-user as well as familiar with the use of design systems.
  • Proficient in presenting ideas and solutions in a convincing and easy-to-understand manner to different profiles
    • You speak and write English fluently. You are a team player used to working closely together with other disciplines, such as developers, management, product owners/manager and business analysts. About the Department You will join the Product Supply Manufacturing Intelligence area (PS MI) in Bagsværd, Denmark. We are more than 45 digital experts collaborating and co-creating with deep knowledge colleagues in Novo Nordisk’s Manufacturing processes. We are working across SVP areas and support the entire global network of manufacturing sites in product supply. The area is divided into four departments with the main capabilities of: Data science, UX & Innovation, Programme Management and Development.The UX & Innovation department is responsible designing and developing innovative and value adding digital solutions used by people working at Novo Nordisk’s Manufacturing sites. The team is responsible for driving the development and implementation of good design practices and best practices, including discovery, ideation, conceptualizing, detailed design, prototypes and validation frameworks (from idea to proof of value) and implementing activities such as user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and visual communication in PSMI Working at Novo Nordisk At Novo Nordisk, we don't wait for change.
