The team waiting for you You will join the Digital Accelerator (DA), a unit in Digital Data & IT acting as a trusted advisor and partner on greenfield software development ventures helping business areas realise digital initiatives. What’s the role about? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead to join our team and lead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) within our innovation funnel. As an ideal candidate you have a strong background in software development, a passion for innovation, and experience leading cross-functional teams.
Your main responsibilities are to: Drive and build value-driving and innovative digital solutions from the ground up (greenfield software development) with a user-centric approach Drive technical decision-making and architecture design for PoCs, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security Proficiently manage technical and business stakeholder relationships Advise and drive decision making trough effective communication Explore new technologies and tools to apply during the development of these solutions Lead, guide, and mentor software developers on the team Prioritise your work with the team and its product owner, weighing both the business and technical value of each task
Qualifications
As an ideal candidate we expect you have: 7+ years’ professional experience and will likely come from a similar position Solid .NET and hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, especially around PaaS service offerings, and multi-layered architecture Broad knowledge of Azure resources, deployment methods and Azure DevOps pipelines are a plus Experience with Frontend Development in Angular, Vue or React is a plus Experience with iOS App Development is a plus Experience with other programming languages like Java and Python is a plus You are passionate about development and could have a presence on GitHub or other OSS platforms with publicly available code that will help us assess your skills. We value teamwork and personal contributions to maintain a good work environment, we are further looking for a colleague who is open to feedback to grow new soft skills, works independently and attends to deadlines. As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in writing and spoken.
