Novo Nordisk is seeking a LEAN Partner, to join our LEAN team in one of our factories in API IM2, Kalundborg. As a LEAN Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in improving our LEAN standards, coaching managers and preparing the organization for the future. The job is in our Recovery facility which is undergoing large changes and getting ready to up-scale production.
What you'll do:
- Enhance LEAN standards, visual management systems and drive continuous improvement.
- Coach managers, production teams and support teams, in visual management systems as Performance boards, planning overview and problem solving.
- Collaborate across multiple API production sites and educate LEAN thinking to new employees across API business area.
- Be part of building a diverse and energetic LEAN team.
What we're looking for:
- Strong LEAN toolbox and hands-on shop floor experience.
- Good coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate data into visual understanding and drive smaller optimization projects.
- Academic degree in a relevant field or work experience from a similar industry.
- Fluent in English with Danish communication skills.
Desired qualifications:
- Familiarity with LEAN way of thinking, LEAN tools and methodologies.
- Previous coordination with many stakeholders or project management experience.

About the department
As part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organization, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients is responsible for manufacturing all API for Novo Nordisk’s products. You will be assigned to Insulin Manufacturing 2 (IM2), the oldest production area in Kalundborg. IM2 is organizationally placed in Product Supply, which globally address 14,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 43,000 employees. In IM2 we are more than 630 dedicated employees in Kalundborg and we keep on growing.
You will be employed in the team Lean team that currently consists of 4 LEAN Partners dedicated support to the LEAN Culture in Novo Nordisk. In your daily job you will support all of IM2 and play a key role in the LEAN team. Working at Novo Nordisk
