The job is located in Novo Nordisk Health which is part of the Novo Nordisk Health & Safety team, a global staff function in People & Organisation (P&O) located in Bagsværd. NN Health is Novo Nordisk's Centre of Excellence in the field of global health with ~15 dedicated colleagues within mental and physical well-being, ergonomics and health promotion. Our role is to safeguard the employee health and well-being throughout the global organisation, enabling line of business to realise Novo Nordisk’s ambitions. The position
As the Employee Health Project Manager, you will work closely with the other members of the novohealth team to drive Novo Nordisk’s global employee health promotion programme, novohealth. It has six pillars: Physical activity, Healthy eating, Health checks, Tobacco/Nicotine cessation, Personal Mental Health, Weight management. The tasks will include:
  • Supporting the update of the global novohealth strategy and ambition and setting the direction for the novohealth programme
  • Co-defining the project portfolio of the programme, executing the initiatives and supporting ongoing events
  • Driving the communication of the novohealth programme and its initiatives in Denmark and globally as well as presenting novohealth programs to different audiences
  • Managing and creating the content for our digital health platform using it strategically to improve employee engagement, health and well-being, while linking it to the novohealth pillars
  • You will also work closely with the other members of the novohealth team to maintain and engage the global ambassador network that through virtual collaboration and inspiration, enables the local co-creation of health promotion activities. Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • University degree in Health Promotion, Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in running Employee Health Programs, preferably in an international surrounding
  • Strong project management skills, experience within communication (e.g., running campaigns) and a flair for digital health solutions
  • Understanding the challenge of developing and implementing cross-organisational and cross-cultural initiatives which support the sustainable future of a global company, while at the same time supporting local management’s ability to keep the business running smoothly
  • Be comfortable in working with MS Office (experienced in PowerPoint) and potentially graphics editing programmes
  • English is our corporate language, and hence it is a prerequisite that you speak and write English fluently.
