The position
As Scrum Master, you will be a member of the OEE Intelligence department, supporting multiple teams working on the same vision and product. You will help ensure that the teams adhere to the agreed Agile process and will share responsibilities for the team’s overall performance. Since the department and teams are newly established, you will work with setting up standard ways of working and help ensuring alignment across the teams. Your main responsibilities include: Coaching Agile Teams in self-organization and cross-functionality whilst also driving the team towards high-value output and removing impediments along the way Helping the Agile teams to manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews, prepare and align expectations before and during events Supporting the Product Owners by ensuring common understanding within the Agile Team Driving Agile Teams, vendors, and customers in the Novo Nordisk Agile way of working including Agile Delivery Model, Azure DevOps, Agile QMS, and Agile Sourcing Budgeting and vendor management Working closely with other Scrum Masters in the community of practice (CoP) in Novo Nordisk
Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute both professionally and personally. To succeed in the role, you have a proven track record in most of the following: You have a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or other relevant fields You have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large international organizations You have proven a track record in coaching and leading high-performing teams You have practical experience in Agile tools such as Azure DevOps You are an excellent communicator and facilitator of team dynamics Able to navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape On personal level, you have ability to motivate and inspire others, navigate in a complex stakeholder environment, build strong relationships, handle conflicts, and ensure a healthy, engaging, and inclusive work environment. We set strategic direction within OEE data visualisation in Novo Nordisk and are creating dashboard solutions for the production lines across Novo Nordisk to help create overview and transparency for employees on shopfloor. We are a social, high performing, international, and diverse department driven by exploring, digitalising, and improving manufacturing processes across Novo Nordisk with cutting edge technologies. We are located in Bagsværd, Denmark and work hand-in-hand with our colleagues in the Product Supply, meaning that you will get to work closely with users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes forward.
