What’s behind the title? As a UX/UI Designer in Novo Nordisk you will be the ambassador of user-centricity and help the agile teams scale that mindset. You will be fully dedicated to an Agile Release Train (ART) working with focus on internal IT systems used by our 58.000 Novo Nordisk colleagues. Some exciting things you will get to work on include: Improving the user experience on internal IT systems Working throughout the entire UX process and deliver everything from user research, wireframes, clickable prototypes, journey maps, personas and other digital concepts Validate design decisions with end-users through usability testing and in general advocate the human-cantered approach to digital development
Competencies on our radar The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements: A master’s degree in digital design, Business IT, or another relevant field At least 2-3 years of relevant experience delivering UX projects preferably in larger organizations Solid experience with Figma or other prototyping tools Skills to sketching and facilitating ideation sessions, workshops and you thrive working in an agile setting Fluency in English On a personal level you are an excellent communicator and able to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Besides this, you have a strong project manager attitude, delivering on time, within agreed scope and with high quality. You are passionate about driving the UX focus into digital and IT, about agile ways of working and eager to deliver value with your unique skillset. Since teamwork is essential for us, we expect you to be a team player who excels in a busy environment with a high degree of empowerment but comfortable with working independently as well.
About the UX team Your position will be anchored in the DD&IT Staffs UX team consisting of 10-15 internal and external UX-UI designers, who each work for different projects in Novo Nordisk. The UX team also has student assistants who will support you with the recruitment of users and other tasks. The internal IT systems in Novo Nordisk support our 58,000 colleagues globally and our 5,000 managers. Our goal is to create intuitive user experience and business value for our colleagues using these systems. We are anchored in DD&IT Staffs in the global Digital, Data & IT organisation.
