The position As an Associate Manager for Device Manufacturing & Sourcing as a part of CSDS (Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability), you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of components and motor modules, to our receiving production sites. The position requires a close stakeholder management element, where continuous alignment with peers across the DMS supply chain as well as stakeholders in production areas is key to success. As a part of our leadership DNA, we are constantly seeking optimization, and therefore a part of the position will be to ensure, that our processes run optimally and in interaction with our customers. With the many customers across Novo Nordisk, it is crucial to see the bigger picture and how we can serve the business with good standards and a high-quality mindset. Your main responsibilities include: - ensuring daily operations of a two-shift workforce - motivate your employees and ensure that they constantly are seeking to do things smarter - keep a high-level quality mindset - leading and coaching your employees to do their best - set direction linked to DMS strategy In the position, you will be a part of a strong management team that consists of four other leaders. Qualifications To succeed in the position, you have: • a solid leadership experience with a set of good people skills. • experience from leading warehouse operations • excellent communicative skills in Danish and English. Additionally, experience within GMP and Novo Nordisk insights can be an advantage. So, it’s in your nature that people like to follow you and you set a clear direction. You are well-balanced and able to lead yourself through the day and life in general. As a leader, you have a strong business perspective and with a strategic ability to balance quality, delivery, and cost. You are comfortable being challenged by more senior stakeholders in decisions on quality issues and your high level of personal integrity and robustness enables you to integrate different views in the decision-making process. You are challenging your colleagues to ensure the best result and have no issues in leading a side. You are well organized and create strong results by engaging your employees in taking pride in delivering on their objectives. About the department The warehousing team is part of the Supply Chain department, that comprises of 75+ employees, where the warehouse team has 22 employees. Daily operations for the warehouse team includes the execution of receiving, order handling and global dispatching of components and motor modules. The department is divided into two locations in Hillerød. The teams anchored in the warehouse in Hammersholt, where this position is based, amounts to 22 employees.
