Our HRBP have moved on to pursue exciting career opportunities in Novo Nordisk, and we are now looking for a successful HR professional to take up the position.
As an HR Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to business leaders and managers. You will work closely with the business to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives. You will be expected to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR-related matters.

You will be working at our production facility in Bagsværd where 50 managers and 750 employee’s work 24/7 to produce high quality products for the global market.

Your responsibilities and qualifications
You will collaborate with a Lead HR Business Partner on daily basis, and your key responsibilities will be tailored your background. You will however be involved in:
• Supporting the recruitment and selection process for key positions
• Collaborating with leaders to implement HR initiatives in our site HR Strategy plan
• Providing support to managers on employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance
• Facilitating our annual engagement survey
• Advising team leaders in compensation related questions
• Arranging various development sessions for team leaders
• Ensuring data quality and updating in connection with organizational changes
• Conducting exit interviews with people transferring from our production facility in Bagsværd
You hold a relevant master’s degree, have 2-3 years of experience from a similar position and is respected for your
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures
• Effective project management and execution incl planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and abilities to analyse issues and develop effective solutions
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You have a can-do mindset and focus on opportunities rather than limitations. You operate with a value chain mindset and help colleagues on issues that might fall outside own responsibility area. And you always maintain great spirits and energy.
