Apply today! The position We are looking for 3 Project Management Interns, respectively for our Business Support Team, Legal Operations Team/Corporate Secretariat Team, and Pharma Law Team. As a Project Management Intern, you will have a chance to work on a wide range of exciting tasks and assume a high degree of responsibility. In this role, you will have varied workdays where you are expected to support our senior management. All tasks will provide experience in project management, driving and coordinating communication activities, as well as collaboration with stakeholders in Novo Nordisk. At Global Legal & Patents, we are dedicated to continuously develop our employees. Therefore, you will be paired with a day-to-day sparring manager, who will provide feedback on your work and help you maximize your learning journey. Practicalities: Duration: 6 months Working hours: 18-37 hours per week (with flexibility during exam periods) Start date: 1 February 2024 Internships are remunerated (12.000 DKK) if your educational track allows A Danish full-time work permit is required for non-EU citizens Qualifications You are currently studying for your Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, and you have an interest for developing your project management skills. For this position it is important that you have a good academic credentials. To succeed in this role, you will need to have: Strong analytical mindset, and being comfortable combining your qualitative and quantitative skills Organized, structured, and clear communication with different stakeholders, taking leadership naturally and having a high professional expectation for yourself and your colleagues International mindset and extracurricular activities experience next to your studies Strong work ethics and thriving in a busy work environment, where you can bring a “can-do” attitude Fluent spoken and written English It is preferred that you already have general knowledge about the project management and experience in engaging with different stakeholders. Additionally, we expect you to be comfortable with the MS Office package. Flair for IT and software implementation would be an asset, as well as an interest in the legal field, but not a strict requirement. About the department Global Legal & Patents are located in the Head Quarter of Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd, Denmark with around 80 employees in Bagsværd, Denmark, and approximately 300 globally. We are responsible for advising and supporting the business on various legal matters and driving strategic projects to the benefit of the function and our stakeholders.
