The position
We are looking for 2 senior managers: Senior Manager for Formulation and Wash: responsible for 3 teams consisting of 57 employees lead by 3 team leaders. Senior Manager for Utensil Wash and Green Supply: responsible for 4 teams consisting of 57 employees lead by 4 team leaders. As Senior Manager, you are expected to: Ensure high level of engagement, a healthy organization and competent staff. Secure stable delivery of high-quality products in a very regulated production environment. Provide clear direction and build you team's ability to effectively translate business priorities into operational plans. Drive a role model lean mindset. Develop your teams and employees for the future. The operators and skilled workers in your teams are all working 24-7 in shifts in a Danish speaking environment.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to be a leader for leaders. It is important that you feel comfortable working in a high paced and regulated environment focused on quality and safety. Your skill strengths include: Experience - from a similar position in a high paced production facility (not necessarily in the pharmaceutical industry) in the capacity of Senior Manager or Manager Leadership - lead towards achieving results by strong communication and interpersonal skills. Stakeholder management – excellent at building relationships, manage expectations, and address concerns and issues effectively across the value chain. Decision-Making – comfortable making even tough decisions in alignment with the organization's goals and values. Change – great at implementing changes through role modelling, inspiring others, and building trust in your organization. Growth minded – foster a culture where people constantly learn and grow through ongoing development and feedback Language – able to communicate in a professional level in both English and Danish. About the department
At Supply and Formulation within IFP, site Bagsværd, we have a team of approximately 200 employees from various professional backgrounds, including specialists, operators, repair technicians, and support staff. We are responsible for delivering timely delivery processes to our 3 filling lines. The department consists of 3 support teams and 6 operator teams. We are looking into an exciting time, where we are upscaling within IFP supporting the upscaling in IFP with new equipment and a new isolator filling line. Working at Novo Nordisk
