The position
As a Supply Chain Senior Project Manager within Injectable Finished Products at Novo Nordisk, you will join an international team and become responsible for leading and integrating global Injectable Finished Products Supply Chain projects of various complexity.
Your responsibilities will include: Optimizing supply chain processes in collaboration with the 7 global IFP sites and global Supply Chain Planning functions
Leading global initiatives supporting the Novo Nordisk Supply Chain Strategy
Developing new project briefs to be discussed and prioritized with senior management
Managing stakeholders and communication
Designing and implementing new standards across IFP, while looking for opportunities for development
In this role limited number of travels can be expected.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: MSc Degree in Engineering, Business or similar
At least 5 years of experience in program/project leadership within manufacturing or supply chain
Experience working with global teams across multiple geographical locations
Ability to work at different levels of the organization and across functional areas
Professional proficiency in English

You lead by example and have the ability to set the direction while keeping an eye for digitalization opportunities. Moreover, you excel at managing change and working in a complex environment. You address issues when they arise and in a timely manner find the root cause and act accordingly.
