Do you possess a can-do attitude and a positive mindset? If so, you may be our new Student Assistant in PSQIT Sustainability Data and Analytics. The Position The team you will join has significantly grown over the past two years, expanding from 2 to 15 people. This team serves executive management with sustainability analytics, insights, and intelligence. You will quickly become a valued and integral part of a dynamic team, where you will be responsible for planning, preparing, optimizing, and following up on a wide range of administrative tasks and processes supporting our sustainability agenda. Combining routine tasks with project support within data analytics and data science, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Data and Analytics management team with meetings, presentations, reporting, and other relevant tasks. - Managing the area’s internal website (SharePoint site). - Serving as the key contact for new employees in ESS. - Providing support to other relevant sustainability projects, initiatives, and activities, such as working with Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Power BI, or similar tools. You can expect to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, collaborating with motivated, value-driven, and results-oriented colleagues who will support your personal and professional development. The position requires 10-15 hours per week and is based at our headquarters in Bagsværd, Copenhagen. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you are expected to have completed your BSc and be enrolled in an MSc program. Additionally, you should have: - A bachelor’s degree related to Sustainability, Data Analytics, Operational Management, Mathematics, Operational Research, Design and Innovation, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field. - Proficiency in either Python, Julia, or similar programming languages, as well as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. - Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. Moreover, you take pride in collaborating with others in the organization, while building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across different functions to drive change and reduce environmental impact. About the Department The PSQIT Sustainability Data and Analytics team at Novo Nordisk is part of the Strategy and Sustainability department and is anchored within the Product Supply, Quality, and IT organization. The team is dedicated to reducing the environmental footprint by utilizing data and digital solutions to support decisions. Among other responsibilities, the team is accountable for reporting energy, water, waste, and CO2 emissions from production and distribution, as well as developing state-of-the-art solutions to support these efforts. The team comprises highly skilled data analysts and scientists, as well as business analysts who drive data analysis, insights, and intelligence on the environmental sustainability agenda for our expanding production sites. The team currently consists of 14 people in HQ Bagsværd and 3 colleagues in Bangalore, India. We work closely with stakeholders across [xxxxx] to implement the Circular for Zero environmental strategy into [xxxxx] production, thus supporting our overall ambition to have zero environmental impact.
