The position
As the SVP cLEAN Partner at , you will be tasked with:
• Establishing a strategic vision and roadmap for continuous improvement within the Quality organization in alignment with existing initiatives and processes.
• Leading the design and implementation of a comprehensive continuous improvement program to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Driving cultural transformation and change management, ensuring that continuous improvement principles are integrated at all levels of the quality organization.
• Developing and maintaining cLEAN roadmap and deploy plan via mobilizing and engaging cLEAN organization and leaders across SVP area on the cLEAN priorities. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you:
• Have a minimum of five years of experience working with LEAN and/or Six Sigma implementation, project management, strategic deployment or similar.
• Have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a regulated industry.
• Have hands-on experience driving LEAN implementation and establishing continuous improvement culture.
• Excel in translating LEAN strategy into action.
• Are proficient in English in writing/speaking.
As a person, you possess strong communication, facilitation, and visualization skills. You are comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and navigating complex and senior stakeholder landscapes. Your talent for fostering collaboration and promoting active engagement among colleagues is a testament to your excellent collaboration skills.

You will become part of the newly established NNQ Business Partnering team consisting of 10 highly skilled professionals within finance, executive business support, strategy execution and project management delivering support across NNQ. The team is anchored within the VP area of NNQ Business Support dedicated to providing exceptional support to management and across NNQ.
