About the team
In our agile release trains, we work on creating insurance targeting private customers. We are responsible for both developing the digital insurance platform as well as developing new insurance products together with Tryg Privat. You will be part of one of our 16 strong Private IT Development-teams distributed in two Agile Release Trains. This team, PAPI+, is implementing integrations throughout Tryg’s IT landscape. The PAPI+ teams support both trains. We have both on-shore and off-shore developers. Our team is characterized by an unpretentious culture, strong skills, and a positive atmosphere.
About the role
We are currently on the outlook of a tech-savvy Scrum Master able to grow and facilitate team events supporting the team in delivering value. Additionally, the role is, together with the team intended to alias and coordinate work with stakeholders, teams, and Product Owners in our two ART’s, so that the teams can organize the work securing optimal value creation.
The team-backlog is to a high degree governed by features pulled at the PI Planning Events by the other teams in the Agile Release Trains. Coordination of work between ART teams and PAPI+ is to be organized by the Scrum Master continuously to secure optimal delivery. This is done together with the team and Integration Architect.

About you
You have in-depth knowledge of and experience with Scrum Mastery or Product Ownership and being strong stakeholder manager able to stay cool while having more concurrent tasks. It could an extra plus if you come with a technical background, for instance as a Developer. You master the role, know the nuances, and can independently assess when to be a servant leader, when to coach, when to be an expert, when to facilitate and when to move on. Besides, you have are strong in technical mastery as identified in the Agile Coaching Competency Framework.

- Participate in Scrum Master Sync and Product Owner Sync.
- Together with the Integration Architect responsible for the team backlog.
